Don't miss out on Layla by emailing us to see if she is still available.
(if she is adopted, we make the change right away on our website)
Because we all work, it isn't always easy for us to get back to you timely,
so you can often miss out if your application is not in when we review them..
Your application stays with us for 90 days, so if you miss out on this one..
keep looking, we want you to rescue a dog!!

This lil sweet gal came from California with the full intent of staying with her

family. She was adopted by them at 4 weeks old...and they have had her

her entire life. The mother and Daughter moved to the East Valley to live with the

son. His step daughter is highly allergic to Layla. She has been

to Drs. and tried keeping her with friends, but nothing was working out.

You can tell by Layla's personality and charm, that she has been well cared for.

This brings layla here to W.O.W dog rescue, where we are

looking for the BEST home for this girl.

She is housetrained, does well with other dogs,

walks nicely on a leash, great car rider,

doing fine with the children in the home

(of course they have also been trained how

to be with animals).

This breed originated in China for companions.

and in 1885 they were registered with AKC.

Climate heat is something that the pug breed can suffer in due

to their breathing.

(so never left outdoors in the heat or long walks).

They love humans and other Pug dogs.

A "Grumble" is a  meet up with other Pug dog breeders, so a fun

They need daily face cleaning in their wrinkles,

and several short walks a day.

Pugs shed, so  they need to be brushed a lot.

They have bulging eyes, so children should be told to

be extra careful around

They are VERY much food activated.

They will learn anything for a treat, but each treat will

put weight on them, so give in moderation...

These dogs are normally VERY smart and love to be with their humans.

Weighing in at  15  lbs.

IF you think you have the perfect home for her,

please complete a application for her.

She is  getting spay on 9/30/19, and will be current on DHPP shot,

Rabies shot, bordetella and

will also be micro-chipped. Once she is healed we will review all applications.

Layla's adoption fee is set at $275.00

If you are interested in Layla, PLEASE complete an application.
Most everything we know about our dogs is in the bio..so please read it
so you know what the dog is like and if it will fit your lifestyle.
Once an application is received, it will go in that dog's file for review.
IF you are chosen for Layla you will get a call for her and will  have
3 hours to respond (if we get your answering machine)
before we go to the next person of interest.

*The ONLY way to be considered is with an application which is on our website:
