Don't miss out on Rory by emailing us to see if she is still available. (Please submit an application in instead). If she is adopted, we make the change right away on our website. Since we all work, it isn't always easy for us to get back to you timely, so you can often miss out if your application is not in when we review them. Your application stays with us for 90 days, so if you miss out on this one keep looking, we want you to rescue a dog.
Rory came to us when the family called to let us know they are going through a hardship and needed help with their two dogs. (Another dog is Penni). Rory is 5 years old and is a very good girl with potty outside, getting along with the German Shephard in the home, and loving up on the Foster. She does fine on walks and prefers to sit next to you or near you when you are around. She isn't a yappy (barky) dog, seems to bark when someone is at the door only. She weighs in at 14lbs an is a true lil beauty. She will require her hair to be brushed regularly to prevent her hair from getting knotty, and to keep the shedding down.. She is good around kids as long as they are not screaming at her, pulling on her fur etc. Rory does great on walks, and she can keep up with the best! She loves snuggle time and being with her humans and does great with all of the. Not sure about cats, but people and children are fine. If you think you would be able to give Rory a forever home, please apply.
She is current on DHAPP, has had a bordetella shot, Rabies shot and she is spay. Rory's adoption fee is set at $240.00
Most everything we know about our dogs is in the bio, so please read it, so you know what the dog is like and if it will fit your lifestyle. Once an application is received, it will go in that dog's file for review. If you are chosen for Rory, you will get a call for her and will have 3 hours to respond (if we get your answering machine) before we go to the next person of interest. *The ONLY way to be considered is with an adoption application which is on our website.
Thanks for wanting to rescue your next family member.
